Caller: Yeah, uh, is this the movie theatre?
Me: Well, yes sir, we do have an OMNI Theatre.
Caller: Are ya'll the ones by Best Buy?
Me: No, sir, that's Movie 16.
Caller: So, do you have their number?
Me: No, sir. I do not. They are a Cinemark company and we are not affiliated with them in any way.
Caller: So, do you have their number?
Me: No, sir. I do not. Like I said,--
Caller: Well, how can I get it?
Me: Um... Well, you could use a phone book?
Caller: Can YOU look it up in the phone book for me?
Me: Um, sure. [Looks up number] It's [gives number].
Caller: Thank you! I really appreciate it.
Me: You're welcome. Goodbye.

*10 MINUTES LATER*

Me: {Business Name], This is [my name]. How can I help you?
Caller: Yeah, I'm the guy that called about the movie theatre number earlier? The number you gave me just tells me to call a toll-free number to listen to show times.
Me: Well, I'm sorry, sir. That was the only phone number listed for them in the phone book.
Caller: Then, how am I supposed to get ahold of them to call in my tickets?!
Me: I'm not sure sir. I don't know how to get ahold of someone there personally. I've used there website to order tickets before, but other than that, I can't help you.
Caller: So, you don't know how to get ahold of them?
Me: *Getting exasperated* No, sir. Like I've said, We are not affiliated--
Caller: I KNOW THAT! You've said that, like, 3 times!! Where are ya'll at?
Me: Well, the museum is located at [location that is NOT the other theatre].
Caller: What time do you close?
Me: Well, we've already started our last show for the day. We're not a normal movie theatre.
Caller: You're not?
Me: No, sir. We're a museum that has an OMNI Theatre with it. We cater more towards young people and families. We show educational films, similar to what you'd find on the Discovery Channel. We don't show regular commercial films.
Caller: Ooohhh... OK. Well, thank you!
Me: Thank you, sir. Have a nice day. *face palm*
