That's how much I weigh.

I'm going to drop that number.

My goal?

160.

Am I going to be stupid and try it do it dangerously?

Nope.

I'm going to do it the responsible way.

Eat less. Eat healthier. Exercise.

I don't want to be skinny.

I want to be HEALTHY!

...besides, I wouldn't want to lose my trademark curves.
