I am so grateful at times that I am an actress.
Most of those times are either when a girl really is wearing something that looks awful OR when I feel like a giddy little school girl.
Right now is the latter.
Nonsequetur… (Sorry. I am horrid at spelling.)
Most of the time, I like the anonymity of this blog. Well, relative anonymity. Honestly, it is easy to find. You search my common handle, and voila! There it is. But, at the same time, I wish that more of my friends read it.
Now, mind you, this would be difficult at some points in time as I might talk about people on here (whether in completely neutral words or ranting), . However, at the same time, I feel that I am much better with the written word than with my speech (as I am forced to think before I type… haha…). Maybe them hearing things through my written words would be better…?
Anyway, going point blank here, tonight was AMAZING.
First off, I absolutely adore one Mr. Stephen Torrence. He is absolutely a gem. Not only is he talented, intelligent, and an “achiever,” BUT he’s completely cute on top of all of this. Well, I, Miss Jacie Hood, had the pleasure of singing with him at karaoke tonight!
This wasn’t just any regular number, though. Oh no… While I belted out Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”, he was right beside me busting it out… with his hands! Stephen is an amazing ASL sign singer and did a fantastic job of captivating the audience during our duet. My only regret of the evening was not passing off the Flipcam to someone to film it. (And right now, I feel like the dumbest **** in the world for not doing that!!!!)
Anyway, I just wanted to write about my little adventure and how awesome I am feeling right now!!! Although, I am ridiculously tired from CritterFest and cannot wait to get some decent rest in order to survive tomorrow. haha…
