I absolutely cannot handle people speaking poorly of me. I recognize I have faults, but of course, it's hard to face them. I mentally and physically cannot handle when these are blatantly thrown at me in a rude and demeaning manner. It makes me sick, literally ill, to have this happen.
Tonight I shook uncontrollably. I ended up just sitting on my bed, rocking in front of my heater, trying to calm my nerves.
I hate this feeling, the feeling that no one cares. It's "Mutiny on the Bounty" and I'm the captain. My ship is sinking and, quite honestly, I don't think I want to save it.
Back in the "good ol' days," I was superwoman. I did it all, had it all, WAS it all. Youthful bliss has dissolved into adulthood reality. I'm not that do-it-all-get-it-all girl anymore. I can't handle it. I CAN'T DO IT ALL. Why do I keep trying? I want it! I want to have that again, but I can't! I can't! I can't! ICAN'T!!!
